As a mixed media artist with roots in architecture and a lineage of creativity, my work explores the delicate balance between strength and vulnerability. Drawing inspiration from my parents’ artistic passion, I create pieces that reflect the complexities of the human experience, particularly the feminine spirit.
In my artwork, I utilize materials such as pantyhose, lace, and fabric to convey intimacy, transparency, and emotional depth. Pantyhose symbolize not only the sensuality of skin but also the layers of vulnerability and transparency we navigate in our lives. By intertwining these elements, I aim to express the beauty found in fragility and the power that arises from embracing our true selves.
My creative process involves layering textures and colors, inviting viewers to engage with my work on a tactile level. Each piece tells a story, encouraging a dialogue about the intricate relationships we have with ourselves and one another. Through my art, I hope to foster a sense of connection and understanding, inspiring viewers to reflect on their own journeys and the emotions that shape them.
