Consultation Fee Refunds
Full Refund Available
Cancel your consultation more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a complete refund.
No Refund
Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled consultation are not eligible for refund.
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation by contacting us at info@thehouseofarts.com. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested more than 24 hours before your original appointment time.
Emergency Situations
In cases of medical emergency, family emergency, or circumstances beyond your control, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible with documentation of the emergency situation.
Consultation Fee Credits
- One-year validity: Consultation fee credits toward art purchases expire one (1) year from consultation date
- Art purchases only: Credits apply exclusively to artwork purchased through THOA
- Full credit amount: The entire consultation fee amount is credited toward your first qualifying art purchase
- Non-transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to other individuals or sold
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card company's processing schedule.
